- How to Place Order à Go to Order Form link and fill it. Wait until you received an order confirmation email that will be sent within 24hours. DO NOT PM US FOR ORDER, JUST FILL IN THE ORDER FORM ONLY!

- This is how to write the order in ‘List of Items’ box.

For Jersey

[Grade]- [Name of Item], [Size], [No. of Order] helai

Example :

1.Player Issue – Arsenal Home 14/15, S dan M, 2 helai

2.Rare Item – Liverpool 3rd Kit 14/15, S, 1 helai

For Muslimah Clothing

[Name of Item]- [Color Code], [Size], [No. of Order] helai

Example :

1. Palazzo Plain - PP001

2. Skirt Plain - SP005

3. Classic Blouse – pink , S , 1 helai ;   oren , M , 1 helai

- After receiving the confirmation email from us, please make payment before 5 PM of every batch order closing date. Order closing date is 10^th, 20^th, and 30^th every month.

- We will accept Online Bank Transfer / ATM Deposit through Maybank and CIMB.

- It would be better if you can pay the exact/correct amount without balance. Any balance which is RM5 and less will only be refund together with your item which means any losses of the balance during shipping will not be under our responsibility. While balance RM6 and above will be refund using bank transfer.

- After payment has been made, NO order cancellation, NO item exchange, and NO refund. Please make sure to also send us the proof of payment.

- Items sold are not returnable or exchangeable unless it got damage or we mistakenly sent the wrong item. Send us a proof before we can refund you.

- Any damage or losses during shipping is also not our responsible.

- We will only use Poslaju for shipping to all buyers around Malaysia. For Sarawak and Sabah, you need to add another RM5 for postage fee.

- We will ship out in within 3 working days after 10^th, 20^th, and 30^th every month. (DO TAKE NOTE SAT/SUN/PUBLIC HOLIDAY IS NOT OUR WORKING DAYS)

- Feel free to PM us for any question before placing the order.

- If parcel didn't arrived you after 4 working days, please use tracking number given to check at www.pos.com.my

-If parcel retour back to us, postage fee fneed to bear by buyers.
